Daily Food Log: Back on Track
Breakfast was 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of Silk Soy milk, 1/2 chopped of a large apple, cinnamon, artificial sweetener and 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks. I ate the other half of the apple after my workout.
Lunch was my kitchen sink soup that I made yesterday. I had an orange on the side.

Daily Food Log: The Best Breakfast Ever, PB and...
I finally finished my favorite jar of PEANUT BUTTER! In a basically empty jar I added:
1 cup of Silk Soy Milk
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of Meijer brand frozen mango chunks
1 extra large banana chopped into bite sized pieces
I left the oatmeal mixture in the fridge overnight. Oats in a Jar is the best thing to do with the little peanut butter left in a jar. Off to study!
