Yesterday, in a news conference, President Obama lambasted Congress for their inability to come to a resolution on important decisions for the United States, most importantly the debt ceiling deadline. I realize I haven’t done this in awhile, but I am back to food blogging! Not everything I ate was documented because I forgot.
Breakfast:
Iced coffee, 2 egg whites, 2 tbsp hummus, and a side of blackberries.
Post workout snack: pineapple, (undocumented) banana, and 1 serving of trail mix

3 oz White Rum
