Fashion Attack! What I Wore to the International Career Advancement Program (ICAP) Mid-Year Reception.

This past Friday I attended the a reception that brought together the past, future, board members to celebrate the achievements of the group and to discuss future and past of international affairs.

Every year in Aspen, Colorado ICAP brings together a small group of mid-career professionals from underrepresented groups with senior officials and policy-makers to spend one week discussing: international issues, common career patterns of a successful international career, obstacles that face high achieving minorities, and how to increase diversity in the senior ranks. I was able to act as support, in the selection of participants, actually going to Aspen, and making sure the event went smoothly. For more information visit www.icapaspen.org

What I Wore:

Dress: Piperlime.com

Earrings: Lulu’s DuPont Circle

Shoes: Charlotte Russe

Cuff: Banana Republic
